2019 taurus yearly horoscope
The big news this year is Jupiter's transit through your 8th house of shared finances all the way through December, giving you the best luck you've had in 6 years for money matters! This is the house of "shared" money, bonuses, funding, loans, taxes, intimacy, mortality, surgery, and the occult, so these are areas that could shine for you this year.
You might receive an inheritance, bonus or tax refund, or perhaps undergo a successful surgery or enjoy more intimacy than usual.
This must be welcome news to you, after Saturn's tour through this same sector (through December 2017) left you wondering if the money and sex gods were ever going to shine down on you again!
If you're taking out a loan to purchase a home, car, or higher education, take care not to take on more than you can handle- Jupiter brings abundance, but remember that you will have to pay that back later!
I especially like the third week of January, when Jupiter will conjunct Venus (your ruler!) in your intimacy/finances zone, and the pair will make a gorgeous trine to motivator Mars in your closure house. This would be an excellent time to sell stock or spend quiet time with your one and only.
In fact, this same week (January 21st) sees a lunar eclipse in your home zone of Leo conjunct the fated North Node- perhaps you're buying or selling a home around this time? Just beware- Uranus will be angry at the eclipse from your closure zone- so it's possible that you encounter difficulties. Be sure to read the fine print on any contracts.
This year also sees two mighty planets- Jupiter and Neptune- facing off 3 separate times- on January 13th, June 16th, and September 21st- in your financial and goals houses. Again, this is pointing to changes in your finances, but it seems it's because you're working to make a long held dream come true.
The last time Jupiter squared Neptune was June 2012- when Jupiter was in your 2nd house and Neptune was in your 11th. Did you experience any major life changes back then? If so, they could offer clues as to what the following year could bring. Before that, we look to January through September of 2006, when Jupiter in your relationship zone squared Neptune in your career house.
Luckily, there is simultaneously a very stabilizing influence going on, and that is Saturn's sextile to Neptune in your goals zone on January 31st, June 16th, and November 8th. Saturn's support seems to offer success to any long held goals, as Saturn looks to build a strong foundation for you for the future. So long as you are cognizant and wise about spending money this year, you may be rewarded with a very exciting result!
Now, let's talk travel and education, because there is a lot, and I mean A LOT, happening in Capricorn and your 9th house of travel and education this year. I'm talking 3 eclipses in Capricorn in 2019, as well as Saturn, the South Node and Pluto all transiting Capricorn all year, and finally Jupiter's move to Capricorn at the end of the year. See what I mean? A LOT IS HAPPENING IN CAPRICORN!
Luckily, this is a pretty innocuous house, and Saturn will actually be making a supportive trine to your sun, so you may not feel Saturn's glare as harshly as other signs. Of course I cannot see your whole natal chart, progressed chart, or solar return, so it's possible that you will feel this more acutely than I'm suspecting.
Saturn entered this sector about a year ago, so it's possible that you've already begun to experience his effect. It's possible that a foreign trip you were supposed to go on was canceled, or that it went a little more arduous than you anticipated. You might have also had a lot of schoolwork to do, or found a degree program to be much harder than you anticipated.
Since the 9th house rules visionary ideas and start-ups, these are areas of life that could have felt a slowdown or difficulty as well.
Pluto has also been in your travel zone since '08, and has about 5 more years in this house. Additionally, the South Node entered Capricorn just this past November (2018), providing even further evidence that you're examining 9th house matters this year.
Usually new and full moons and eclipses sweep change into our lives, and this year, the season of Capricorn kicks off with a solar eclipse on January 5th. With Saturn and Pluto conjunct the eclipse, and Neptune making a gorgeous sextile from your goals zone, it's possible you are accepted into your dream school. Alternatively, you might plan or go on a fun vacation, study abroad, or launch a start-up.
It's possible this solar eclipse will offer you a solution to any 9th house problems going on, but if not, there's ANOTHER Capricorn eclipse 6 months later, this one lunar (on July 16th). This one will also conjunct Saturn and Pluto and sextile Neptune, and it's possible that anything you initiated in January bears fruit around this time!
For instance, perhaps you begin working on a company or project in January, and launch in July. Or, maybe you apply to schools in January, and learn you're accepted by July. You could plan a trip in January, and go on it in July, etc.
Fear not, for you have another opportunity for change on December 26th, when there's yet ANOTHER solar eclipse, at 4 degrees Capricorn, and this one is the most beautiful one of all. That's because this same month sees lucky planet Jupiter enter Capricorn, and make a nearly exact conjunct to the eclipse. The eclipse will also conjunct Mercury, and make a beautiful aspect to Uranus in your sign of Taurus!
I feel nearly certain that this eclipse will offer a solution to any 9th house problem you have. Jupiter is a gorgeous influence and will work to support you!
2019 will work hard all year to see you transform 9th house matters, and it seems it will all pay off in December, with help from this eclipse and good luck Jupiter. Jupiter's arrival will make any disruption this year worth it. In fact, I love December 15th, when Jupiter will make a gorgeous trine to Uranus in your sign of Taurus.
Communication, Siblings, Writing Projects
One area of life that seems to go swimmingly well for you all year is your 3rd house of communication, siblings, contracts, vehicles, and commitments. That's because the North Node, which is a fated point and a very lucky influence, is currently transiting your 3rd house.
Look to the gorgeous solar eclipse in your communication sector of Cancer on July 2nd, which makes a lovely aspect to Uranus in your sign of Taurus. The eclipse will also reach out happily to Neptune in your goals zone AND conjunct the fated North Node. You might hear good news about a sibling, make an important commitment, launch a writing project, or buy a new vehicle!
